This Agreement provides eligible agencies the ability to procure or lease products, obtain maintenance services, and/or Managed Print Services (MPS), which enables and enhances the productivity and capability of devices supporting the following awarded groups: Group A – A3 Multi-Function Devices (MFD); Group B – A4 Multi-Function Devices (MFD); Group D – Single-Function Printers; Group E – Large/Wide Format; and Group F – Scanners. To purchase products from any of these groups or to inquire about volume pricing, please contact your local account manager. Contract information for participating states can be accessed by using the map located at the bottom of this page and clicking on any state highlighted in blue.
